Split8 is a HYROX training app for iPhone. It reads your benchmarks and a small amount of Apple Health data, scores three performance domains against the demands of the race, and builds a training block around what it finds.
This page covers how to reach us and the questions that come up most often. If your question is not here, write to us — the address is directly below.

From inside the app: Profile → Send feedback. This is the fastest route for anything about your own plan, because it reaches us with your account attached. Nothing from your training is sent automatically — no benchmarks, no Apple Health readings, no session notes — so include whatever detail matters.
We aim to reply within three working days. Split8 is built by one person, so a message that already contains the detail below usually gets a real answer rather than a request for more information.
When something looks wrong, include:
A plan that does not match what you asked for is a bug even when nothing crashes, and those are the reports we most want.
Which devices does Split8 run on? iPhone only, and the interface is English only. There is no iPad app, no Apple Watch app, and no Android version.
Do I need Apple Health? No. Apple Health access is optional. Split8 reads two values — VO2max and resting heart rate — and never writes anything back. Everything works with manual entry instead; you will see the diagnosis say which of your scores rest on an estimate rather than on your own data.
Can Split8 import from Garmin, Strava, Coros or a heart-rate strap? Not today. Apple Health is the only import route. If your training data lives in Garmin and syncs to Apple Health, Split8 will read the VO2max and resting heart rate from there; anything else needs entering by hand.
